We are a small family-owned townhouse complex centrally located to Blacksburg, Christiansburg, and Radford. 

Our spacious 2 and 3 bedroom townhouse units are beautifully furnished and come standard with a TV in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, towels and linens. Most bedrooms have their own full private bath. The Shires also offers one bedroom efficiency units with mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee pot.

The Shires Extended Stay is available for rent by the week or by the month, and is the perfect location for travelers looking for a comfortable space for their family, as well as corporate travelers who need a home-away-from-home for whatever duration that their job requires of them.  

Just minutes from both Virginia Tech and Radford University The Shires Extended Stay is an ideal accommodation for Virginia Tech and Radford University special events, graduations, and sports weekends.
