Room Policies

• The Shires Extended Stay Inn is a NON-SMOKING facility. 
• Sorry, we are unable to accept any pets and adhere to a strict NO PETS policy. Please let us know if you need information on local kennels.  

Minimum Stay

• We rent by the week or month with the exception of local graduation and football game weekends where we offer a two night minimum stay at premium rates.
  

Cancellation Policy

• The Shires Extended Stay Inn has a thirty (30) day cancellation policy.  Notification of cancellation must be given in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of reservation in order to avoid a full charge for your reservation.
• There will be NO refunds for any early checkouts.
• A $50.00 cancellation fee may apply.
  

Check-In

• 4:00pm - 6:00pm.
• Please call our property manager at 540-553-1700 to let them know what time you will be arriving.
• Late arrivals will be accommodated.
• A credit card is required prior to the time of check-in as security for the rental fees and for any incidentals that may occur.

Check-Out

• 11:00am

Damages

• Charges incurred for repair, replacement, or cleaning as a result of damage, theft, or the need for excessive cleaning due to of your rental will be the responsibility of the renter.

 Month to Month Rental Notice

• Units that are rented by the month require a thirty (30) day written notice of renewal or non-renewal.  Without a thirty day notice a unit may be re-rented.
